I have over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and more than 10 years working with AI and machine learning. My expertise lies in setting up AI organizations from scratch, developing strategies, and ensuring AI systems are implemented ethically and effectively. I’m well-known with frameworks like IAMA and compliant with regulations like the AI Act and GDPR. Over the years, I’ve delivered projects ranging from predictive analytics and generative AI to NLP and MLOps, always focusing on building value for organizations that I’ve worked with, and always staying human-centered and innovative.

Delta Fiber
As an AI management consultant at Delta Fiber, I have developed the comprehensive AI strategy and lead a North Star project to validate it. I coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee model development, and analyze performance metrics to determine tangible impact.
Victim Support Netherlands
At Victim Support Netherlands, I developed their vision on AI and the underlying strategy/roadmap. I am now responsible for program execution, implementation of the governance based on the IAMA framework, and user adoption.
HRDF Saudi Arabia
My work with the Public Employment Service of Saudi Arabia, involved creating dynamic profiling tools to segment job seekers. I also developed an outcome-based referral system to predict unemployment durations and optimize resource allocation.
Facilicom Group
Facilicom Group provided an opportunity for me to establish robust AI and data capabilities. I led the development of MLOps platforms for predictive maintenance, forecasting systems and a comprehensive data governance program.
Exclusive Networks
At Exclusive Networks, I designed an AI-powered cybersecurity system to detect threats using advanced anomaly detection and NLP. The system made use of Edge computing to distribute computing resources.
Johnson Controls International
With Johnson Controls’ OpenBlue platform, I developed a predictive maintenance AI system for building management. It used time-series analysis and anomaly detection to predict equipment failures, reducing downtime and costs.
Orange Telecom
At Orange Telecom, I crafted a vision and roadmap for AI transformation, focusing on improving customer experience and operational efficiency. The roadmap included practical AI applications for predictive analytics and advanced data engineering workflows.
LANGERHANS INSTITUTE | DZD
At the Langerhans Institute, I developed an AI-powered app to help diabetes patients improve energy levels using wearable data like Apple Watch and Freestyle Libre. The solution used regression models and continuous feedback loops to refine its accuracy.
Philips Digital SERVICES
At Philips Digital Services, I led global Philips.com rollouts as the interim head of Digital Services, managing a team of 75. I spearheaded a major digital transformation, reorganizing Philips.com into key segments: Signify, consumer electronics, appliances, personal care, and medical systems.
